We offer wheelchair rentals, although the number is limited. The chapel, Banquet, and other facilities are all barrier-free. We also have a nursing room and baby cribs available (for a fee) for guests with children, so please feel at ease.

Depending on the bride and groom's requests, we may be able to arrange shuttle buses from major train stations or designated locations.

Yes, we have a partner parking lot. Please use the parking lot inside the "Yokohama Building" next to the main building.

We have a diaper changing station and a breastfeeding room on the first floor. Please feel free to ask our staff if you need to use them.
